Heard Sri Ganta Ediga Rakesh Goud, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are not considering the complaints of the Petitioner for providing protection to the Petitioner to enter the temple and perform rituals peacefully during Devara. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that upon receipt of Petitioner’s complaints dated 18.01.2025, 25.06.2025 and 09.09.2025, the police have initiated enquiries and conducted joint counseling sessions with the Petitioner and the legal heirs 4 of one Pakkira in the presence of community elders to resolve the issue amicably. 5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Respondent-police are directed to look into the representations of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision according to Governing Rules and Law and see that no untoward incident happen in the Jatara. There shall be no order as to costs.
