JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 31-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2 The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur by order dated 27.07.2022 passed in ABP No 202-C of 2022 and the petitioner was granted four weeks time to surrender in the Court below and furnish bail bond. The petitioner chose to file application for extension of time to surrender in the year, 2025 and by the impugned order dated 11.07.2025 passed in Cr Misc No 93 of 2025, his prayer for extension of time to surrender was rejected. 3 The petitioner approached the Court below after about a period of three years after he was granted the privilege Patna High Court CR.
