34-CP-183-2025 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR. CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 183 OF 2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 5317 OF 2021 (D) (Smt. Maya w/o Vikram Pingle Vs. Shri Ranjit Singh Deol (deleted) Shri Siddheshwar Kaluse & Ors.) __________________________________________________________________________ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's orders. and Registrar's Orders. Mr. A.M. Sudame, Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Shaikh Majid, Counsel for respondent no.2. Ms. K.K. Pathak, Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4. ..... CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE AND NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, JJ. SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 The Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the order under question has been complied with. 2] The Counsel for the petitioner submits that salary has been credited to the account of the petitioner, however, the pensionary benefits are yet to be credited. We are informed that the file is now pending with the Treasury. 3] Thus, it appears that respondent no.2 has taken necessary steps, though belatedly. The Counsel for respondent no.2 has put forth certain difficulties in complying with the order passed by this Court, one of which is the requirement of approval by the State Government, considering the fact that the dues payable were for more than six years. Now, the approval has been received, and accordingly, salary released. 4] It is also seen that respondent no.2 is the one who was responsible to comply the order. He is said 2026:BHC-NAG:11464-DB 34-CP-183-2025 2 to have been arrested on 30/7/2025 in Shalarth ID Scam. The subsequent Education Officers appear to have taken certain steps, though belatedly. 5] Considering above, the respondents present before us have, in a way, purged the contempt. 6] The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
