NO. 88507 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88507 of 2024 but due to mistake of his father’s name, he could not surrender within the stipulated time. 4. Let the father’s name of the petitioner be read as ‘Sajan Alam @ Sazan Alam’ in place of ‘Sajan Alam’ and the period of surrender be extended by another four weeks from Patna High Court CR. MISC.
