Learned counsel for the petitioners relying upon grounds raised in bail applications submit that the petitioners are innocent and falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel submit that these petitioners were neither named in FIR nor they were known to complainant. He further submits that without any basis police has arrested these persons and no recovery is pending and they are not required for further investigation. They further submit that both the accused petitioners are in custody and further proceedings will take time. 3. Aforesaid contentions were opposed by learned Public Prosecutor and he submitted a report received from PS Udyog Nagar, District Alwar along with case diary. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-accused and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material placed on record by both the parties along with case diary. 5. On basis of report against unknown three persons who committed robbery with Soyab Khan by snatching his beg containing ₹2.50 Lac, a report is registered. During investigation accused Mohammad Kaif and Rohitash were arrested on 07.07.2025 whereas Wasim Akram @ Wasim Khan and Charan Singh were arrested on 09.07.2025. Thereafter, test identification parade was conducted by Tehsildar, Alwar. The order of trial Court indicate that there is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner accused Rohitash when he was charged for offence under Section 309(4) of BNS but there were 10 criminal cases against accused petitioner Charan Singh @ Bablu. 7. Having considered the criminal background of accused petitioner Charan Singh @ Bablu, I am of considered view that criminal antecedents is sufficient to dismiss the bail application of accused petitioner Charan Singh @ Bablu. 8. In view of above discussion, the bail application filed by accused petitioner Charan Singh @ Bablu under Section 483 BNSS is hereby dismissed. 9. Upon hearing the arguments and perusing the record, we have found that the petitioner-accused Rohitash S/o Shri Swarn Singh is no more required in the investigation and he is in custody for quite some time. The further proceedings will take its own time, therefore, looking to entirety of facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the Court deems it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner-accused. 10.
