1. The matter is taken up today on oral mentioning of Mr Pathak, the
learned counsel for the appellants. He points out that a typographical error has crept in paragraph 35 of the judgment dated 23.01.2025 insofar it records “…and accordingly, the impugned judgment is set aside”.
2. We have perused the judgment dated 23.01.2025 and find that a typographical error has indeed crept in the same. Accordingly, paragraph 35 of the judgment dated 23.01.2025 stands rectified to read as under:
“35. In the given circumstances, we find no infirmity with the decision of the learned Single Judge and accordingly, the impugned judgment is upheld.”
3. This order be appended as a corrigendum to the judgment dated
23.01.2025.
