Case No. 99 of 2024 corresponding to Spl. POCSO Case No. 28 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 366(A), 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed 16 years old daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.c. in which she has stated that the petitioner has enticed her to leave her lawful guardianship. She has not stated that she was subjected to sexual atrocities. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Spl.
