This is an application praying for framing of additional substantial questions of law. 2. The substantial questions of law were framed on 01.08.2016. At that time, the substantial question “whether the suit is barred by limitation?” is not framed. According to the learned Counsel for the appellant said additional substantial question of law needs to be framed. The learned Counsel for the respondents objected for framing said additional substantial question of law as it is already decided against the appellant. 3. As the other substantial questions of law are framed and above additional substantial question of law goes to the root of the matter, the additional substantial question of law is framed as under:- “(i) Whether the suit was barred by limitation?” 4.
