This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2/Additional Director, Health and Family Welfare, Region Allahabad to remove the alleged illegal encroachments over the land of District Hospital bearing Gata No. 1040 area 0.0810 hectare in front of District Hospital, Fatehpur. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the complaint has been made on 07.01.2025 inter-alia indicating existence of several houses based on the sale deeds over the land in question and the same is being assessed by the Municipal Board, Fatehpur for the purpose of house tax. 3. The representation makes a specific grievance against one Dr. Vijay Singh and raises several allegations against him, the tenor of the petition and the representation made clearly shows that the petitioner has some personal grudge against the said Dr. Vijay Singh, which has led to him filing the present petition purportedly in public interest. 4. Such type of petition cannot be countenanced and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
