Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State as well as Sri Sri Prateek Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that investigation in the instant case has already been concluded and final report in favour of petitioner no. 2 has been submitted. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the petitioners could not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that he does not want to press this petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach appropriate forum at appropriate stage. 5. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy of the documents be returned to counsel for the petitioners as per Rules.
