Sri Butta Vijaya Bhasker, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that let there by a direction to complete the investigation in Crime No.484 of 2022 on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station and file a report as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents - Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.484 of 2022 on the file of Kurnool III Town Police Station, Kurnool, if not concluded, and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
