At the very outset, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that as per the status of the trial from the website, it appears that charges have been framed and prosecution evidence is being recorded. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter be dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to expedite the trial. 5. Accordingly, the instant Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn, however the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
