Raghunandan Rao) As there was no representation for the petitioner, on 09.09.2025, the matter was posted to 16.09.2025 when time was sought on both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time when the matter came up, on 07.10.2025, for filing an implead petition, there was no appearance for the petitioner, on 28.10.2025 when the matter was posted for dismissal to 04.11.2025. 2. On 04.11.2025, it was informed that the petitioner had taken a ‘No Objection Vakalat’ from the learned counsel. Since the petitioner had made any alternative arrangement, the matter was again posted to 11.11.2025. On that date, the learned counsel had submitted that, vakalat would be filed on behalf of the petitioner, on that date. The matter was called again today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, is absent. 3. In such circumstances, it is clear that the petitioner is not desirous of pursuing the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
