This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Original Suit No. 83 of 2006 (Sudha Tondon v. Rakesh Kumar and another) and the revisional order passed in Revision No. 181 of 2024 (Sudha Tondon v. Rakesh Kumar and another). 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has produced the certified copy of the order sheet of Original Suit No. 83 of 2006 and from perusal of the same, it is apparent that the suit itself has been dismissed on 08.09.2025. 4. Since, the suit has been dismissed, no order can be passed in the present petition. 5. Accordingly, the petition is consigned to records.
