Sri Phani Viswanath Challa, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the present revision petition does not survive and no further adjudication is necessary in the present revision petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
