The petitioner has prayed the following reliefs in the writ petition:- VED PRAKASH DEWANGAN Digitally signed by VED PRAKASH DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.03 19:38:46 +0530 2 “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to strictly issue direction to the respondent to consider pending claim representation and to grant leave encashment and other retiral dues within stipulated time with interest, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. The restricted submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner has been retired from his service on 30th June 2024, however, till date, his amount towards leave encashment has not been realized to him, for which he has made representations to the respondent No. 5 on 17.01.2025 and 28.02.2025. Therefore, the authorities may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and do the needful as per the claim of the petitioner within the reasonable time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that he has no objection, if such a direction is being made to the authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law. 4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No. 5/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/1) dated 17.01.2025 and 28.02.2025, in accordance with law, and as per applicable rules and circulars, after verification of the service records of the petitioner, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3 5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within two weeks from today to the respondent No.5/competent authority. 6.
