RAMA RAO KOCHIRI The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case has been filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 07.08.2024, passed in W.P.No.6925 of 2024. Page 2 of 3 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. W.P.No.6925 of 2024 was disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondent authorities to conclude the inquiry, strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.91, dated 12.09.2022. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondent authorities failed to comply with the order dated 07.08.2024. 5. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted the copy of G.O.Ms.No.93 Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (Vig.V) Department, dated 10.11.2025, wherein the authority imposed punishment against the petitioner after completing the inquiry. 6. A perusal of G.O.Ms.No.93, dated 10.11.2025, the Panchayat Secretary to Government issued the proceedings and imposed penalty of withholding entire pension under Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, however, with certain delay. 7. Since an order has been passed by the authority, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 07.08.2024, passed in W.P.No.6925 of 2024 and the contempt case is liable to be dismissed. 8. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
