Heard Sri Jai Prakash Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhriguram Ji for the respondent no.6. 2. Parties before this Court are encroachers and have suffered orders passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and challenge to it has also been rejected. 3. In this regard, learned counsel respondent no.6 has placed reliance of an order of this Court in Writ-C No.6701 of 2023, Bal Ramji Pandey Vs. State of U.P. & Ors, Neutral Citation No- 2024:AHC:174177, which was disposed of with a direction that in case application for fresh demarcation is filed, same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks and the interim order was made in currency only for a period of one week which is over, therefore, in the absence of any interim order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 upheld in the appeal shall be executed, if already not executed. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, Public Interest Litigation filed by the encroachers has no merit and is accordingly dismissed. 5. A copy of this order be sent to concerned respondent for compliance.
