Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 135, 121(1), 121(2), 317(4) and 317(5) of the B.N.S.. 3 . As per the prosecution case , it is alleged that on secret information that this petitioner, along with other accused persons, is unloading liquor and banned cough syrup from stolen alto vehicle, a raid was conducted and it is alleged that all the accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted police party and thus, created hindrance in discharge of their official duties. Petitioner No. 4 has got one criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31984 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 antecedent. 4.
