JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Amitesh Kumar Geasen, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sudhir Kumar Mahto, A.P.P. --- 03/19.12.2025 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 304, 3(5), 317(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.6440 of 2025 by order dated 06.08.2025. On 23.02.2025 at about 7.30 pm, the petitioner along with co-accused Dhiraj Kumar were apprehended from Aryan Tower Lohsinghna Road, while they were decamping after snatching the chain of the wife of the informant. It was submitted that co-accused Dhiraj Kumar has been granted bail by the learned court below itself. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Lohsinghna P.S.
