If at all, any enquiry is conducted, it will be amounting to unconstitutional as per the findings given by the Division Bench of this court by an order dated 27.06.2023 in W.P.No.18814 of 2023. To that effect, she filed the status report. 2. In view of her submissions, this Court is inclined to close this Contempt Petition.
