The petitioner has preferred the present penetration with prayer to direct the Permanent Lok Adalat Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Recall Application dated 07.03.2025 which was registered as Misc. Case No.03 of 2025. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not to issue to respondents. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in order to recall the order dated 28.06.2021 passed in Claim Petition No.193 of 2020 (Lalit and another Vs. Manager, National Insurance Co. Ltd.), the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid recall application. The aforesaid application was duly taken into consideration and notices were issued to the opposite parties fixing 28.03.2025. It is further argued that the Insurance Company has also filed recall application on 03.02.2023 to recall the aforesaid order but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Permanent Lok Adalat Muzaffar Nagar to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid recall applications most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law but after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
