1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:
“10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned eviction notice dated 11.08.2025 issued by the
2 respondent no. 6 Annexure P/1. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 6 to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 Annexure P/6. 10.3 Any other relief may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition is preferred against the impugned order dated 11.08.2025 Anneuxre P/1 issued by the respondent no. 6 whereby directed the petitioner to vacate the possession of old Gram Panchayat building immediately without any prior notice to the petitioner. It is submitted that the work of mid-day meal was allotted to the petitioner group on 17.11.2015 and for the said work, respondent no. 6 Gram Panchayat- Chitoud, allotted the Gram Panchayat building to the petitioner group through the resolution of the Gram Panchayat on 26.11.2015 and fixed the monthly amount of Rs. 700/- after allotment, petitioner was regularly operating the said work in the allotted building but all of a sudden, respondent no. 6 issued the eviction notice to the petitioner only on the ground that the condition of the said building is not good.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondents opposed the submission
3 made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case,
submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 6 is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2025 (Annexure P/6) in accordance with law, rules and regulations, expeditiously as soon as possible, till then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner society.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Sd/-
