The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist against the judgment and order dated 4.2.2009 passed by Addl. District and Session Judge, Court No.3, Fatehpur in Criminal Appeal No.31 of 2003 (Ram Charan Pal Vs. State of U.P.) and judgment and order dated 29.11.2023 passed by Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.-10, Fatehpur in Criminal Case No. 413 of 2003 (State Vs. Ram Charan Pal). 4. Even previously on 27.05.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the revisionist and non-bailable warrants were issued against the revisionist. As per the office report dated 24.7.2024/19.9.2024, a report of C.J.M., Fatehpur dated 13.06.2024 has been received stating therein that the sole revisionist Ram Charan Pal has died on 19.01.2015. The said report has been sent after due inquiry. 5. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 6. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
