CPAN 890 of 2025 has been filed for violation of an order of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 20th January, 2025. 2. Since the Co-ordinate Bench is available, this Court cannot hear CPAN 890 of 2025 and the same is released from this Bench. 3. There are applications filed in MAT 1757 of 2023 and COT 87 of 2023. 4. Since the main proceeding of which contempt is alleged by the applicant, is required to be heard by the said Co-ordinate Bench comprising of Debangsu Basak and Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.J., this Court is of the view that the said applications may also be heard by the same Bench. 5. Parties may apply for appropriate orders before the Hon’ble Chief Justice. 6. Let this matter be placed before the Hon’ble Chief Justice for appropriate order. 7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
