Heard Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are calling the petitioner to the police station without being any crime registered against the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by 5th respondent, the crime has been registered against petitioner’s father-in-law in Cr.No.402 of 2025 under Sections 329(4), 324(2) read with 3(5) BNS. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that petitioner was called to the Dr.VJP,J W.P.No.32225 of 2025 police station regarding the said crime and no crime has been registered against the petitioner. 5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in a civil dispute between the parties.
