(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody arising out of Special Sessions Trial No.164 of 2022, in FIR No.500 of 2022, under Sections 376(3) and 506 IPC and Sections 5(j)(ii)/6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1321 of 2023, was rejected on 26.07.2024. 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 2 4. The bail application is rejected.
