Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.431/2025, Hunusur Rural Police have filed this petition under Section 482 of BNSS. It is submitted that prior to this alleged incident, the accused No.1 in the present case had lodged a complaint. On the basis of that complaint, Hunusur Police have registered case in Crime No.430/2025 against accused Nos.1 to 9 for the offence under sections 352, 189(2), 191(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 190 of BNS, 2023. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54810 CRL.P No. 16197 of 2025 2. The injured is already discharged from the hospital. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Considering the nature and gravity of offence and previous antecedents of these petitioners, it is just and proper to allow this application. Hence, I proceed to pass the following: O R D E R Petition is allowed subject to following conditions: (i) Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 / Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall released on bail on executing self bond of Rs.50,000/- each with one surety each, in the event of their arrest in Crime No.431/2025 of Hunusur Rural Police. (ii) Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 / Accused Nos.1 to 4 shall not tamper or threaten the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
