The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025, registered under sections 376, 406, 323, 506, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegations are made that petitioner has established relationship since 2018 whereas F.I.R has been registered on 10.05.2025. He further submits that false allegations are made of taking amount of Rs. twenty lakh. According to him transactions have been made by both sides. He also submits that marriage of the daughter of the informant has been fixed however that has not taken place. He then submits that falsely the present case has been instituted. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing relationship on the pretext of marriage. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that allegations are ( 2025:JHHC:32487 ) made that petitioner has established relationship since 2018 whereas F.I.R has been registered on 10.05.2025. It has been pointed out that marriage of the daughter of the informant was fixed however it could not be materialized due to some dispute and the daughter of the informant is major. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Ranchi, in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.29.10.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
