The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barora PS Case No.21 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons including the

petitioners. He further submits that altercation took place for parking of motorcycle near Rahul Chat Shop. He then submits that injury is simple in nature. He next submits that the petitioners have appeared before the investigating officer on 16.07.2025 and thereafter the petitioners have been released.
4. Learned State counsel as well as the learned counsel for the informant jointly oppose prayer and submit that allegation of assault is there and in view of that anticipatory bail may not be granted to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the informant further submits that even the petitioners are having criminal antecedent.

Considering that the petitioners have appeared before the investigating officer on 16.07.2025 and that has not been denied by the learned counsels for the respondent State as well as the informant, and in that view of that matter, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned concerned court within two weeks from today, and the learned court concerned shall release the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as the sureties as the learned court concerned may deem fit and proper.
7. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
