Vikash Kumar, Advocate ----- 02/15.12.2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 316 of 2025 arising out of Bistupur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, cognizance has been taken under Section 103(2), 111(2) (a), 3(5) of the B.N.S. & Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1- A), 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act,, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur. 3. On 19.02.2025, at about 01:00 P.M., the informant was returning home alongwith his brother namely Shivam Ghosh. When they reached near Raj Electrial, Dhatkidih, ten persons on three motorcycles and one scooty, intercepted them. It is alleged that two unknown persons shot the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is no allegation of firing against him. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that firearm was recovered, when the petitioner was apprehended. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
