Kubra …for the petitioner Ms. Chandreyi Dutta … for the State Re : CRAN 1 of 2025 This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19th November, 2024 passed in CRM (DB) 2987 of 2024. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that at the time of granting bail, condition was imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of English Bazar Police Station and shall remain within the jurisdiction of Malda Police Station. However, the petitioner is suffering from narrowing of spinal canal and for his medical treatment he needs to visit doctor at different chambers. He seeks for relaxation of the condition of bail granted to the petitioner. 2 Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner has complied with conditions as imposed by this Hon’ble Court in its order dated 19th November, 2024 in CRM(DB) 2987 of 2024. It is also informed that the victim has already been examined. Despite service none appears on behalf of the de facto complainant. Perused the report filed by the State. In view of the above, the condition imposed upon the petitioner to remain within the jurisdiction of Malda Police Station and not to enter the jurisdiction of English Bazar Police Station is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall meet the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a month, until further orders. Accordingly, the application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
