This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 08.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0683 of 2024 under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act at Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur with further prayer not to harass the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR. 3. We find that during investigation, Section 304-B IPC has been added. 4. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law. 5.
