The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11/2025 arising out of Godda (M) Motia O.P. P.S. Case No. 144/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 22, 25, 27(a) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. It was submitted that 1.23 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the recovered quantum of brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
