The learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the respondent authority issued a provisional order and after considering the petitioner's representation, a confirmation order was issued, and the encroachment portion of the road was removed. 3. The petitioner is seeking a direction not to dispossess him without following the due process of law. Insofar as the prayer of the petitioner is concerned, vide order dated 03.11.2025, the submissions of the learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent were recorded as the authorities have demolished the encroached portion and nothing beyond. It was also recorded that the respondents shall follow the due process of law in the event they intend to acquire any portion of the land that rightfully belongs to the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 03.11.2025. No costs. 5.
