The present revision has been preferred by the revisionist with the prayer to set- aside the judgment and order dated 3.2.2009 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Fatehpur in Criminal Appeal No.39 of 2007 and judgement and order dated 25.8.2007 passed by A.C.J.M. Court No.10, Fatehpur in Case No.200 of 1999 (State Vs. Rajendra Bihari) u/s 2 (1.A)(M)/7(1)/16 P.F. Act, P.S. Jahanabad District Fatehpur and further to release the revisionist on bail during the pendency of present revision. 4. In compliance of the order dated 5.11.2024, office has submitted its report dated 4.01.2025 stating that the report of C.J.M., Fatehpur dated 12.12.2024 has been received stating therein that the revisionist Rajendra Bihari has died on 20.11.2012. The said report has been sent after due inquiry. 5. This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-revisionist has died. 6. In view of the above, the revision stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
