The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 21(a), 22, 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that about 07.98 gram of brown sugar was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner and co-accused. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Lalpur P.S.
