The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.105 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 303(2), 109, 74, 351(3), 352, 324(4), 126(2), 115(2) and 117(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M., XXI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are ladies and there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of assault. He further submits that the only allegation is made against the petitioners that the petitioners have snatched the chain of wife of the informant. He then submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 2025:JHHC:33637 --2-- A.B.A. No. 6365 of 2025 No.14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and Informant jointly opposes the prayer and submits that the assault has been made and even the allegations are there of outraging the modesty and in view of that the anticipatory bail of the petitioners may kindly be rejected. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR it transpires that so far outraging the modesty is concerned that allegation is not against the petitioners and that is against other accused persons namely Arun Das Goswami and Shravan Das Goswami and the only allegation against the petitioners are said to be there of snatching the chain of wife of the informant and further the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M., XXI, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
