JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 30-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kasba P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and during investigation, Sections 363, 354 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 / 12 of POCSO Act were added in F.I.R. 3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. 4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29419 of 2025(5) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 specifically stated that this petitioner attempted to outrage her modesty and used to tease her. The Court below has assessed the age of victim as 15 years. 5.
