The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 173/2025 arising out of Tinpahar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 70(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-I, Rajmahal. 3. On 20.03.2025, one Madrasi Soren and four unknown persons are alleged to have raped the prosecutrix. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Madrasi Soren. 5. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary has submitted that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he has been named by the co-accused person. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-I, Rajmahal in connection with S.T.
