By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that the marriage certificate which has been appended by petitioners alongwith this petition, is forged and as such, no relief can be granted to them.
