The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was accorded building permission on 01.09.2025 and has been carrying out constructing in pursuance of the said building permit order. 3. On 16.10.2025, this Court directed the respondents not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner so long as the petitioner is constructing the building in accordance with the sanctioned plan. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the respondents are not interfering with the construction activity and that the petitioner has duly obtained permission for the construction. 5. Recording the said submission, the present writ petition is disposed off, making it clear that respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not interfere with the construction undertaken by the petitioner HN, J W.P.No.28765_2025 4 without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
