Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.461/2023 has been filed by the petitioner-applicant with the contention that the matter was listed on 02.05.2023, however, on account of bona fide oversight and inadvertence, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, whereas, the cause of action still survives and petitioner is keen to pursue the petition on merits. 2. For the reasons mentioned in the present application, the same is allowed. S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.6527/2019 is restored to its original number. 3.
