Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University present along with the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and Financial Advisor of the said university submits that in light of order dated 19.12.2025 all three officers namely Mr. Ram Kumar Singh, Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Radha Nath Tripathy, Registrar and Mr. S.B. Sinha, Financial Advisor of Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University are present in person in the Court. He further submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the Officers and coordination has been made and the court’s order has been complied with.
He then submits that University has issued the advice to the treasury on 20th December, 2025 for payment of Rs.96,33,574/- and in view of that the same amount will be released in favour of Chas College, Chas and the said amount will be transferred by the treasury to the Chas College, Chas where the petitioner was posted and the said college will release the said amount in favour of the petitioner and it is expected that it will be done within a week and in the course of argument the photocopy of advice issued to the treasury has been produced before the Court which has been taken on record. 2. In view of the above submission and the compliance of the court’s order the appearance of Mr. Ram Kumar Singh, Vice- Chancellor, Mr. Radha Nath Tripathy, Registrar and Mr. S.B. Sinha, Financial Advisor of Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University are hereby dispensed with. 3. Since the order of the writ court has been complied with,

the direction issued against Mr. S.B. Sinha, Financial Advisor of Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University for not releasing the salary is hereby recalled as the order of the writ court is complied with. 4. In view of the recalling of the said direction, there will be no impediment of release of the salary in favour of Mr. S.B. Sinha, Financial Advisor of Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University. 5. In view of the above, the Court finds that there is substantial compliance of the court’s order, as such this contempt proceeding is dropped and disposed of. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
