However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the arrears have not yet been received by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that letter has already been sent to the Accountant General’s office; as such, the same will be paid shortly. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant application stands disposed of. 5. It goes without saying that it is expected that the balance amount, whatsoever, shall be paid to the petitioner as early as possible and if at all there is any discrepancy, the petitioner would be at liberty to inform this Court by filing any affidavit with regard to non-compliance of the Court’s order.
