This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "issue ad an interim direction by directing the Principal Judge Family Court, Saharanpur to consider and decide the Case No. 102 of 2021 (Princ vs. Smt. Reetu), Under Section 7 and 25 of Guardian & Wards Act, 1890, is pending in the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Saharanpur within stipulated period." 2. It is contended that the petition filed under Section 7 and 25 of Guardian & Wards Act, 1890 is pending consideration since 2021. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur to decide Case No.102 of 2021 (Princ vs. Smt. Reetu), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
