This respondent has issued the notice dated 29.03.2022 calling upon the petitioner's manager to furnish the details of the gold/jewellery pledged by Mr. Manjunath K. Yashodha, the learned Additional Government Advocate, submits that the petitioner has furnished information after receipt of this notice, that the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation, the charge sheet is filed emphasizing that the details of the jewellery pledged by the afore with the petitioner is part of the investigation and if the petitioner proposes to deal with the same, it will have to be only with the orders of the concerned Court.
