Case No. 51/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(5), 317(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri V.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pakur. 3. On 30.11.2024, Pakuria Police, on the basis of confidential information that some miscreants had assembled besides the road near Godrosal and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence. Altogether, five persons were apprehended, from whose possession, arms and ammunitions were recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that as far as petitioner is concerned, only one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2024. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri V.K. Das, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pakur in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 51/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
