This revision is filed challenging framing of charges against applicants for alleged commission of offence U/s. 294, 323, 506-B read with Section 34 of I.P.C. and Section 3 (2) (va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. This revision was filed on 23.12.2021 and since then it is listed in default continuously. Today also, the case is listed in default of non- filing of certified copy of impugned order which is under challenge. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as per her information, trial has already been concluded and judgment was passed on 06.08.2024. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, considering the date of framing of charges on 04.09.2021 and submission of learned counsel for State, this revision petition is dismissed.
