Heard Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents submitted that the authorities have paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner and nothing remains for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not responding to their calls and prayed to record the said submission of the respondents and close the writ petition. 5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, as the authorities have already paid the entitled amounts to the petitioner, there remains nothing for adjudication and writ petition is liable to be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
